Clint is a solid Lefty Reliever with Texas roots. I think that the Rangers should look deep into the Diamondbacks organization for this lefty with Glavinesque qualities. Look at what this up & comer has done this season w/ a .60 ERA in his last 10 and a 3.4 for the season with over 50 IP. He has progressed well over the last 3 seasons and is perfect for the Rangers AAA Redhawks.
I think the Rangers can go ahead and deal Mahay on a Texeira exit package and add this kid to the fold for a late season 2008 call up.
