GREAT STUFF!
this book is just too cool! i love to cook and have a pretty creative side but....this book takes it to the next level. tonight i made zucchini paprikash which was even loved by the non-zucchini lovers in the house. it doesnt get much better than that. what a great repertoire to include in your kitchen this time of the year. highly recommended

Great cookbook. Especially like the Deep Dark Chocolate Zucchini Cake and the other desserts, but I have also learned to enjoy other types of squash I had never thought I liked! Highly recommend this!
