Premium Lambskin Leather Case with Rotating Belt Clip for Blackberry Curve 8300 8310 8320 8330 (with Sleep function)

Okay, let me start out by saying, "I hate phone cases". I don't believe a cell phone is an accessory to be worn like a tie or purse. In fact, I hate cell phones (actually phones in general). Fact is, I have to have a cell phone or I don't make money. After deciding on the Blackberry Curve, I went accessory shopping at Amazon, as opposed to paying 5-10 times more at the cell phone place. The first phone case I bought protected the case (shell) but did not protect the screen. I usually keep my phone in my suit pocket to that didn't seem to be a huge problem. <br /> <br /> After a few weeks I realized this wasn't going to work. Taking it out of this case to replace SD cards was a nightmare. Plus, it ate up battery life because the phone never went into "sleep" mode. I went back to Amazon and searched again. That's when I came across the product I am reviewing. There are no cons for this item, so let me give you the pros: <br /> <br />1. SUPER fast shipping! <br />2. The case is small enough I can still keep it in a pocket and it doesn't bulge out like I have a gun holster under my suit. <br />3. The case has a magnet so the phone goes into "sleep" mode when it is put away. This does two things. It saves on battery life and you don't accidently bump the phone and dial somebody by mistake and have them listening to you ordering your lunch, going to the bathroom, singing along with ABBA (all tings I have been caught doing by mistakenly placing such a call!). <br />4. The leather is really soft and seems to be well made. <br />5. It as a swivel clip. I don't were it on my belt much, but having a swivel clip is an absolute must. <br />6. The price! You will pay 3 times this amount at any "Dealer" store or Kiosk. <br /> <br /> I don't write many reviews on Amazon, but I really like this case. I bought one for my Mom when she got a Blackberry, and I think I got the guy who sold her the phone to go to Amazon and buy one, and I always show it to people who have the Curve. It's way better then the sleeve thing you get that comes in the box. I could go on but I'll just end up repeating myself. Buy this case! You won't be disappointed. <br />

I bought this for my husband who lost his blackberry (temporarily)while away on a business trip. It dislodged from the plastic clip on his belt and he felt very fortunate to have found it hours later in the parking lot when he retraced his steps and guessed that it slid out of the plastic case while he bent over to unload the trunk of the car. I bought this case the next day. It arrived quickly and in good condition. It's great quality for the price. The leather is buttery soft and the magnetic clip is reassuring. Worth the price,and I didn't have any problems with this retailer.

Bought from them 40 dollars of items, never received them and they gave me an option of ordering and paying 40 extra bucks for overnight....Yea right...DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Seriously, I can't believe the quality for the price...amazing. It's got a sturdy and very compact metal clip (compared to thick plastic clips). At first I thought I was shipped the wrong case because of the thin profile (I thought for sure it had to be bulky to swivel). Turns out it does swivel and locks into position nicely. I've had other cases where the cheesy, loose plastic swivel cost me a phone or two, due to the breaking, or slipping out of place. Not so with this case...it's built with top of the line quality. The magnet flap is secure, and is super easy to open. The look and feel of the lambskin is outstanding. Fits my Curve like a glove. <br /> <br />Blue Harbor Online shipped amazingly fast. Not a single negative issue. <br /> <br />I'm not big on writing reviews, but I had to give credit where due. Quit comparing and get this case. You will be glad you did.
