StockcarToons II is the second collection of cartoons on NASCAR Winston Cup Racing by editorial cartoonist Mike Smith. This new body of work includes Mike's weekly work from the Las Vegas Sun and Winston Cup Scene. StockcarToons II takes a humorous look at the personalities, controversies and major news events from the past year in Winston Cup racing.
